Man Lift

Customer Background

Joy works with an advertising company in Malaysia. The company is responsible for putting advertisements and painting on hoardings as well as road signs. The requirement of the company was a portable man lift that is capable of doing aerial work. The height required for the aluminum mast lift was 10m, but that was not the only restriction. The size of the mount car was limited, and that limits the size of the lift as well.

Design Solution

Since the aluminum mast lift will be used outdoors and power might not always be available, we recommend incorporating a dual power system. We also suggest a power battery for when on the m樂威壯 ove; otherwise, it could be attached to an AC power source. The battery incorporated would last up to 8 hours when fully charged.

Since the client had specified that the size of the car was limited, we ensured that the lift was designed in such a way that it fit the car perfectly. The aluminum mast lift was not only small in size, but it was also lightweight to be accommodated by the car. Support legs were also incorporated in the design to keep the portable man lift stable when elevated. Aerial work requires more support than any regular task.

The weight of the Aluminum mast lift was 200 kg with a platform size of 1.5*0.63m. The client required two portable man lifts to be prepared with the same specifications.
