Mobile Scissor Lift

Customer Background:

Ramon is a crane engineer from the Philippines. Since he is a crane engineer, his work also revolves around cranes. He wanted a mobile scissor lift for installing cranes and maintaining them. For his job, he required an 18m mobile scissor lift from which a high crane could reach out. He was also very specific about the price; he wanted a lift that was cheap but also very easy to move around.

Design Solution:

We offered a customized design with a mobile scissor lift platform with 18m height that could be perfect to be used around high cranes. The total load that the mobile scissor lift can bear was up to 500 kg. The platform of the lift can also be used to carry and store tools as well.

The total height of the mobile scissor lift was 犀利士 18m, while it weighed around 400 kgs. It required 3 people to manually move it around, since our client, Ramon, was a crane engineer, which required him to work at different sites, so moving it was not a problem. Site area can be rough, and at uneven surfaces moving the mobile scissor lift platform can be quite a challenge. We recommended him to invest in a drive power system. This will save the extra workforce since only one person will be able to operate it. We also offered to share a working video with him so that he could use that to train his staff members.
