Man Lift

Customer Background

Choi works as a manager in a hotel, in Vietnam. Since it was a new hotel, they wanted to buy cleaning equipment for the hotel. They required a one man lift for cleaning the hotel windows or to perform any maintenance tasks like changing bulbs, etc. The manager had a Chinese friend who recommended XYZLIFT to be the best option in the market for lifts. This recommendation was based on the fact that we always provide high-quality equipment.

Design Solution

The lift was to be used for a hotel; we recommended the height of the lift to be 10m. For a one person lift, the maximum height we recommend and design is 10m, and as per pour experience, that is the perfect height for hotel use.

The power option we recommended was AC power, and there was no need for an alternative power source. Since the lift was to be used within a hotel, power will always be available for operations. An easy connection socket will be designed for easy connection.

When we designed the one man lift, the safety devices were our priority. A 1100mm guardrail was installed to ensure the safety of the person working on the one person lift. In addition to that, an emergency decline mechanism was also introduced. This meant that in case of a power outage, the lift would decline to its original height automatically. The person on the lift can easily lower the lift manually as well, in case of an emergency. The emergency stop feature was also introduced upon the customer’s request.

Each step was customized according to the client’s requirement; we made sure that each step was discussed with the client prior to delivery.
