They were looking for effective and convenient equipment that can operate at a height of 16m and 18m. One of the most important requirements was a double power engine that can operate both at petrol and AC motor alternatively. The petrol engine will be useful when operating in the outdoors while the AC motor will be perfect for indoor spaces.

Our Solution

Our proposed solution had safety features that are a must for trailing articulated boom lifts since they are involved in aerial works. The features included overload warning, emergency descent option, and other locking mechanisms. As per the request both a petrol engine and an AC motor were included in the design to ensure multi-functionality. The lift was designed with 36 degrees rotation and four hydraulic outriggers.
